At OctoGrips, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and transparently as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Shipping Process
All orders require 1–3 business days to be processed and transferred to our carrier’s sorting facility.
Once your order has entered the shipping process, no changes can be made, including address changes. Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout.
We ship on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to our manufacturing partners being located in different regions.
Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers.
You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched to the carrier’s facility.
Please note:
- Some carriers may take several days to update tracking information
- If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and no tracking is available, please contact us
Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by destination. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Below are estimated delivery ranges:

Delivery times are estimates in business days and do not include the 1–3 day processing time.

While we do our best to deliver on time, OctoGrips is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees imposed by your country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
OctoGrips has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for:
- All import taxes
- Return shipping fees
Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
OctoGrips is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the carrier directly.
We use the carrier’s delivery confirmation timestamp when reviewing claims. If the issue is not reported in time, we may not be able to honor the request.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.
We begin processing immediately after purchase, so no changes can be made once the order is placed.
If the order has already entered the shipping process, we cannot retrieve or redirect it.
